The quality and food safety of the products is monitored through control and inspection activities carried out at the reception of raw materials, continuing with a careful supervision of the production processes, packaging and transport to the final consumer.

By implementing the food safety management system, we ensure the monitoring of potential hazards and keep the identified risks under control. This assures consumers that the products are safe and of a high quality. Our laboratories have the necessary equipment and specialized personnel to perform analyses and tests upon the reception of raw materials, on the manufacturing flow and until the delivery of finished products.
